It's YOUR responsibility to abide by the laws in your area. The buyer pays return shipping and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to determine what is reasonable. To request a return use the email address on the CONTACT page. Returns will be accepted so long as the circumstances are reasonable. In other words, we will make sure you get your order but you may need to be patient with the USPS. If you choose Priority or other "expedited" shipping options your order will not be shipped any faster but it may arrive quicker if the USPS doesn't lose or delay it. All orders will be shipped in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted in our NEWS section above.

We will re-ship or refund lost orders but don't consider a package lost until the USPS has no idea where it is and it hasn't scanned for at least three full weeks. We do not give discounts or refunds for late packages. Due to the complete incompetence and unreliability of the USPS we are not responsible for any delays in shipping beyond that. All parts and airguns are well packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. You must be 18 years or older to purchase airguns and parts.
